swimming.decoded is responsible for the personal information you send through this website. This notice explains how your information is handled when you enquire about coaching.
What I collect
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, and the message you choose to send. Please do not include medical information or other sensitive personal details in the free-text field.
Why I use it
Your information is used only to read, respond to, and follow up on your coaching enquiry. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a possible coaching agreement and, where applicable, the legitimate interest in responding to your message. Your information is not used for automated decision-making or added to a marketing list.
Who receives it
The form is transmitted by FormSubmit and delivered to a Gmail inbox. These service providers handle information only as needed to provide form transmission and email services. Personal data may therefore be processed outside Cyprus or the European Economic Area under the safeguards used by those providers.
How long I keep it
Enquiry messages are normally kept for up to 12 months after the last contact, then deleted unless you become a client or the information must be retained for a legal or administrative reason.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to the use of your personal data. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.

To ask a privacy question or exercise a data-protection right, use the website enquiry form and make the nature of your request clear. Requests will be handled without undue delay and normally within one month.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not currently use analytics, advertising trackers, or optional cookies, so no cookie-consent banner is shown. This notice will be updated before any such technology is introduced.
